The London Classic Yearling Sale team recently paid a visit to the picturesque property of Century Spring Farms, in Northern Huron Country - about a 90-minute drive north of London. The farm has been owned and operated by the Zimmerman family for many decades and what was once a dairy farm and standardbred breeding operation became a hands-on commercial broodmare facility, in 2005, for the husband and wife team of Sanford and Jan Zimmerman.

Could the lucky number 7 come through on Day 1 (Tuesday, October 14th) for some? We picked out a few random yearlings in the catalog - with hip numbers ending in 7 - for the opening day of this year’s sale to look a little deeper into their backgrounds…

Looking at the end portion of this year’s London Classic Yearling Sale it appears there’s some serious talent worth waiting for on Day 2 – Wednesday, October 15th.
