LCYS Graduate ANNIES DIVA Matches Track Record At Grand River

Annies Diva, an $8,000 LCYS purchase of 2024, coasts home to a 1:52 win with Austin Sorrie driving for her Maritime connections.

The Monday (June 29) program at Grand River Raceway kicked off with fireworks, as the Jared Mann-trained Annies Diva broke on through for the first time this season - in style - matching the track record for three-year-old pacing fillies on the 5/8-mile oval with a 1:52 scorcher with driver Austin Sorrie up.

A $9,500 event for fillies and mares who were non-winners of two or $30,000 lifetime, Annies Diva was on top most of the way from post three at 6-1 in the field of nine.
